Rod Keenan New York's ready-to-wear line can be found at premier retailers

custom orders
While Rod Keenan New York does sell the ready-to-wear line from the
studio, we welcome custom clients. We also work with stylists for
a wide range of print, film, video and television productions. To

materials
The straws and felts we use in production are seasonally available
and in limited supply. Some are vintage and can not be reproduced.
Many of the feathers, trims and adornments used in our hats are custom-made,
vintage, or one-of-a-kind. As a result substitutions are sometimes
necessary. In such cases, the customer will be notified prior to production,
and a full refund of Monies paid will be issued if the suggested substitute
is unacceptable. Customers requesting hats from other than the current
season should expect substitutions.
payment
As all of our hats are made-to-order, all orders must be paid in full
prior
to production. Rod Keenan New York accepts American Express, PayPal, and domestic checks in dollars. International orders may use direct
wire transfer or PayPal.
delivery
Normal delivery is four to six weeks from the start of production.
Rush production and delivery may be available - surcharges may apply.
We will notify you immediately of any possible delay in production
or delivery. Hats are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail at a cost of
$15.00 per hat or via Federal Express (cost varies by zip code). International
shipping runs approximately $60.00 per hat via Federal Express international
service.
